Dr. Brittany Schamerhorn is passionate about helping patients achieve vibrant and successful lives through individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and health concerns. She obtained her B.Sc from University of British Columbia. With a focus in Biology, Biochemistry, and Psychology, she was introduced to various aspects of health and became curious about finding a way to integrate them in achieving optimal health. Dr. Schamerhorn proceeded to complete her naturopathic medical training at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in Vancouver where she received the Clinical Excellence Award, which recognized her commitment and skills as a practitioner.
Dr. Schamerhorn is a dedicated physician who welcomes patients with a variety of health concerns and anyone who is looking to improve their overall health and wellness. She has a keen interest in hormonal imbalances, autoimmune diseases, and mental health. It is her goal to motivate and inspire patients to take control of their health and wellness by empowering them with the right education and tools.
With an enthusiasm for learning Dr. Schamerhorn has completed additional training giving her prescription rights and IV abilities. She has a passion for education and is committed to continuous learning. In addition to her own practice she is a teaching assistant at the Boucher Institute, helping students at various stages in their studies.
